1. Massage

You have to massage your head alternatively or weekly with coconut oil or mustard oil, it increases blood circulation in the head. It gives nourishment to the scalp and hair roots, makes it stronger and healthier, and reduces hair fall.

2. Apply Onion Juice

Onion juice is a boon for hair. If you apply onion juice on your scalp and hair it makes your hair stronger, thicker, and, shiny as an onion has antibacterial and antifungal properties.
Take an onion cut it into slices and grind it and take out its juice mix with coconut oil and gently apply it on your scalp.
Don’t rub hardly you just have to apply and leave overnight and wash in the morning with normal water and mild Ayurvedic shampoo.
If you are not comfortable leaving overnight, just leave it for one hour and wash it with normal water. for best result leave overnight.

3. Balayam

Balayam is a nail rubbing exercise to reduce hair fall, You have to rub your both hand nail with each other except thumbnails.
It reduces your hair fall as well blackens your hair, It’s an ancient exercise which is used for hairs as its name suggests balayam means bal = hair and vyayam = exercise.
Do this exercise regularly for at least 5minutes to get a good result.

4. Drink Warm Water

Drinking warm water helps in detoxifying the body and getting out all toxins. So you have to drink 2 glasses of warm water it makes you hydrated as well detoxify the whole body.
