To reduce liver inflammation drink carrot juice regularly, and you can also add palak juice in it.

1 Carrot Juice

Make the mulathi powder and boil it in water 10 to 15 minutes on low heat. Drink this water when it cool down, it will reduce the liver inflammation and heat.

2. Mulathi (liquorice)

To reduce the liver inflammation and heat, take a 1 spoon Apple cider vinegar and 1 spoon honey into a glass and mix it properly, and drink it. It will flush out the toxin from body, and reduce the inflammation.

3.Apple Cider Vinegar

Take a glass of water and squeeze a lemon in it and add some rock salt (sendha namak),now drink it two to three times a day it will reduce the liver heat.

4. Lemon 

In a glass of buttermilk add some black pepper,ashofatida and roasted cumin, drink it with food. It will help to reduce the liver inflammation and heat.
